Since August 2010, WTK Financial Services has successfully grown to what it is today, by retaining the trusting relationship with our clients, and building similar relationships with many of their family, friends and colleagues. During recent years, WTK have also acquired a number of other smaller companies, primarily where the owner of that business has wished to retire, and pass his or her long-standing clients to a trusted firm of advisers who can service their financial needs going forward.

As well as looking after our clients and their financial affairs, we also continue to strive to seek out improvements in our business, whether that be in terms of client service, structure or processes. As part of this continuous quest for improvement, we have decided to remove some of the complexity within our business that has gradually arisen as a result of our acquisition of other smaller firms.

At present the WTK Group is made up of four separate companies, WTK Financial Services based in Ewloe, Flintshire, Robinson Insurance Services located in city centre Liverpool, Wain-Hobson Consultancy Services, a business in Anglesey we acquired and relocated to Ewloe in 2017, and our recently set up investment management business, Astute Investment Management. Our planned intention has always been to bring all our business together under the one brand name, and we feel the time is now right to make this change.

Therefore, with effect from the 1st of July 2020, WTK Financial Services Ltd, Robinson Insurance Services Ltd and Wain-Hobson Consultancy services Ltd will all become Astute Private Wealth Ltd, and will co-exist alongside our Investment Management arm, Astute Investment Management Ltd.

For the last 10 years, WTK Financial Services has been built on the high quality service and advice it has provided to both businesses and individuals, and it is our intention for this to continue unchanged, and be enhanced even further, in the years ahead. Astute Private Wealth will continue to operate out of our current locations in Ewloe, Flintshire, and in Pall Mall, Liverpool.

The anticipated enhancements from this change will allow us to simplify our communication and operational systems, and will enable us to further increase the level of support that we can provide. We therefore see it as an entirely positive move for both our business and our existing and future clients.
